Chongqing art fair exhibits dynasty relics

An antique vase (40cm) from the reign Emperor Qianlong during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) is on display at the 2014 Art Fair in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, January 20, 2014.

The 2014 Chongqing Art Fair recently began, and features 40 chinaware items from the ancient Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, with a combined estimated value of 5 billion yuan ($826.5 million). Also on display at the art fair are 100 calligraphy pieces by noted art masters and works from renowned contemporary ink painters.
