Information

Individual Reservation:

1.Visitors may reserve free admission tickets by following the official WeChat account of Henan Museum. Reservation time slots are divided into three periods: 9:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00, and 16:00-19:30 (Ticket checking stops at 19:30; closed on Mondays).

2.Visitors who have successfully made reservations using a second-generation ID card should present their original ID card for entry. Visitors who made reservations using a passport, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, should present their original reservation documents at the manual ticket-checking entrance for verification on the day of visit.

3.Seniors aged 70 and above, and individuals with disabilities are exempt from making reservations. They can enter the museum on the day of visit by presenting their original ID documents directly at the entrance for manual verification.

Group Reservation:

1.Please register on the official website of Henan Museum: https://yy.chnmus.net/team/index.html#/. You can log in using the password to check the review results 1-3 working days after submitting the required materials.

2.After a successful reservation, groups shall download the "Henan Museum Social Group Visit Commitment Letter" (available on the museum's official Chinese website), fill it out, and submit it to the "Group Reservation Registration Desk" on the day of visit.

3.For groups holding Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards, or passports, the group leader shall present the successful reservation QR code for manual verification and entry according to the reserved time slot.

Entry Guidelines

1. Please enter the museum during your reserved time slot.

2. Please keep quiet throughout the visit. If you experience any physical discomfort, please immediately contact the exhibition hall staff.

3. Volunteer-guided tours and various self-guided tour services are provided daily. You can also choose paid guided tours at your discretion.

4. Self-service storage lockers are available. Please carry small bags and valuable items with you (except lighters). For oversized luggage, please come to the left-luggage office.

5. Security checks are required for entry. Carrying controlled knives and dangerous items is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Henan Museum.

6. Visitors who need wheelchair or baby carriage can come to the duty office at the museum entrance for assistance.
