Information

1. Visitors can refer to Henan Museum's official WeChat account to book free admission tickets.

2. Visitors can make reservations up to 3 days in advance and provide one of five types of valid identification: second-generation ID card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, or passport. Visitors shall take their original identity certificate and the generated reservation QR code to enter the museum once the reserve information is validated (Please note that screenshots of the QR code cannot be recognized by ticket-checking machine).

3. Visitors can choose from the following time slots: 9:00-11:00, 11:00-14:00 and 14:00-16:00 when making their reservation.

4. Each WeChat account can reserve a maximum of 3 people, and you will need 3 valid identification cards. If you are unable to visit as scheduled after a successful reservation, please cancel it promptly to avoid affecting future reservations.

5. Visitors aged 70 and above and disabled individuals do not need reservations. They can complete the entry procedures at the ticketing counter on the day of their visiting.

Entry Guidelines

1. Please enter the museum during your reserved time slot.

2. Please keep quiet throughout the visit. If you experience any physical discomfort, please immediately contact the exhibition hall staff.

3. Volunteer-guided tours and various self-guided tour services are provided daily. You can also choose paid guided tours at your discretion.

4. Self-service storage lockers are available. Please carry small bags and valuable items with you (except lighters). For oversized luggage, please come to the left-luggage office.

5. Security checks are required for entry. Carrying controlled knives and dangerous items is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Henan Museum.

6. Visitors who need wheelchair or baby carriage can come to the duty office at the museum entrance for assistance.
