Spring Festival is the most important holiday for Chinese, and a time of family reunion. However, the docents of Henan Museum stuck to their post during the holiday to offer their sincere service to the viewers from all over the country.

  

During the spring festival, most of the Chinese families stay at home enjoying their family-reunion happiness, some may go outing, or spend the holiday in other recreational activities. However, the docents of Henan Museum, including the pupil volunteers, gave up their recreational activities, still come to their post to help the inspectors with their sincere service. They said they were very happy that they had spent their spring festival in a special way as working in Henan Museum. During the spring festival, the docents spent nearly 300 hours in total, served more than 10,000 visitors.

  

One docent from Shanghai Museum made his way to Henan Museum to have an exchange with his counterparts, and they share their experience with each other, talking about how to become an excellent docent in museum. Mr. Wang Ming made a sample guide for him.

  

During the whole week of the holidays, some docents even came to their post everyday, they set an example for all of the tour guides, and received praise from the visitors and Henan Museum.
