The Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture of Zimbabwe, together with 6 people visited Henan Museum on July 22, 2012.

Accompanied by Mr. Zhang Wenjun the top leader of Henan Museum， the 6-person delegation visited the “Ancient Astronomy”, “ Chu State Bronze Hall”, “Henan Ancient Jade Articles Hall” and other thematic exhibitions. At last they watched the performance of Huaxia Orchestra of Henan Museum.

After the visiting, both sides held a brief talks. The vice minister and the group were awe-struck by the long history and the ancient civilization of the Central Plains. They spoke very highly of the exhibition of Henan Museum.

Both sides expressed their hope to have a close cooperation, exhibition exchanges, and mutual learning from each other in the future. Their visiting will boost the cultural exchanges between the two countries.

At the end of visiting, Mr. Lazarus Dokora, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture of Zimbabwe, wrote an inscription for Henan Museum.
