National "Collection • Exhibition • Service" Museum Series of Standard Training Course Opens

National "Collection • Exhibition • Service" museum series of standard training classes opened in Henan Museum on Oct.17, 2017. Li Chunling, the deputy secretary general of the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Cultural Relics Protection and Wan Jie, the party secretary of Henan Museum made speeches at the opening ceremony.

 Kang Guoyi the director of the Henan Bureau of Cultural Relics Museum attended the opening ceremony.  Xin Muxiang, the member of the Party Committee and the Chairman of the Trade Union of Henan Museum presided over the opening ceremony.

Wan Jie side that the cultural relics collection, display and service are the three core functions of the museum. It shows an important symbol of the museums development of a country and a region. The training course is mainly about the collection, display and service. It has strong pertinence and high practicability. We can learn from each other.  And we can also exchange, improve, and jointly promote the prosperity and development of cultural relics.

Li Chunling, the deputy secretary general of the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Cultural Relics Protection said that the standardization of cultural relics protection is an important part of the national standardization job for us. Since the establishment of the Technical Committee for the Standardization of Cultural Relics Protection and the joint efforts of all parties, the cultural industry standards, we start from scratch and scattered to system. We have made great achievements. We also have provided the technical support for the development of cultural relics in China.

 Being a big province of cultural relics, the people of Henan has made a very useful and positive contribution. Henan Museum is one of the most famous museums at home and abroad. In the exhibition, collection management, public service and other aspects they have made great and outstanding achievements. This time Henan Museum also provides a good platform for the training course. I hope all of you can study from them. Let us do our best to contribute to the promotion of the cultural relics protection standards.

Li Chunling made the first lecture for the students "the general situation of the standardization of Chinese cultural relics protection".

The training course was sponsored by the State Bureau of Cultural Relics. It was undertook both by Henan provincial Bureau of cultural relics and Henan Museum. About 100 trainees from all over the country and more than 70 people from Henan attended the training course.

This training course will have several contents. Such as: A Survey of the Standardization of Chinese Cultural Relics Protection, The Boundary and Extension of Museums, Museums and the Standardization , A survey of the Standardization of Chinese Cultural Relics Protection, Collection Registration and Museum Opening Service etc.

The classes will last for four days. At last the trainees who have passed the graduation examination will get a certificate.
