China and South Korea sign jointly a cooperation agreement.

                               Ma Xiaolin visits South Korea with Huaxia Orchestra for cultural exchange.

Invited by Korean National Academy of Music, Ma Xiaolin, dean of Henan Museum visited South Korea with Huaxia Orchestra for cultural exchanges on Oct.16, 2018. 

Mr. Ma Xiaolin had a communion with the top leaders of Korean National Academy of Music and Research Office of the National Music Institute on Oct.17, 2018. Both sides reached an agreement on holding jointly an academic seminar 2019, editing and publishing academic works, introducing Henan Music relics to South Korea and so on. Then both sides signed two agreements. One was about the symposium on study of Chinese and Korean Music relics in Zhengzhou in 2019 and the other was the publication about both  countries China and  South Korea.

On 18, Oct. Mr. Ma Xiaolin gave a special academic lecture about Reveal and Practice of Music Archaeological Achievements ----Silk Road Musical Relics Exhibition. He focused on the introduction of the top ten exhibits of the National Museum in 2017.

Huaxia Orchestra of Henan Museum performed a special concert on the restoration of the music relics along the Silk Road on 19, Oct.2018.

At last Ma said that the cultural exchanges between China and South Korea have had a long history. Both sides will shoulder the responsibility of propagandizing traditional music culture. This visit will certainly promote mutual understanding between players and scholars of the two countries. 

This activity lasted for 5 days in South korea. And it got a huge success.
