Henan Museum holds a young talents training exchange conference.

In order to strengthen the exchange between the old experts and young people, our museum held the mid-term exchange conference of young talents training on January 11, 2021. Ma Xiaolin, director of Henan Museum, and the first batch of experts and young people attended this exchange conference. Xin Muxiang, vice-director of Henan Museum, presided over the activity.

Since September 17, 2019, Henan Museum has launched a "Mentoring Project", young talents training project. After more than a year of hard work, in order to show the learning effect, Henan Museum held these young talents training exchange conference.

At the exchange conference, some young representatives from the 11 groups reported their researching results and daily jobs over the past year. And the old experts also passed on their own experiences on some key problems to the youth.

Ma Xiaolin made a concluding speech at the conference. He said that, after more than one-year careful imparting to the youth, the young people had greatly improved on their reading, topic selection, research direction and other aspects. And it also pointed out the direction for the next step of work and research field. The young people have got a very remarkable result.

Mr. Ma also emphasized that this event was one of the ways to cultivate the young talents of Henan Museum. He hoped that the tutors should keep on doing a good job on "preaching, imparting knowledge and solving doubts" and constantly tap the potential of young people. We should strive to train the young talents of Henan Museum into a talented team with political loyalty, business refinement and high ability, so as to support the future development of Henan Museum with the continuous growth of young talents.
