On April 12,，2011，a large-scale photographic exhibit about“The 11th Five”splendid accomplishment opened ceremoniously in Henan Museum. It showed the great accomplishment during the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan.

The vice governor of Henan province，Kong Yufang，was present at the opening ceremony. The Director of the Development &Reform Commission took the chair of the ceremony. Yang liping, the director of the Culture Department  Henan Province and some other heads of Henan provincial government attended the opening ceremony.

The exhibition showed the spirit of the era and the spirit of the great nation. It included economic, politic, culture, people life, education, national defence, party construction, zoology and environmental protection, science and technology, even covered the Chinese nationals residing in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad and so on.

The large-scale photographic exhibit will last a week, to April 17，2011. It opened to the public free of charge.   All of the photos were selected from all parts of the country.  More than 500 photos were featured in Henan Museum this time. Most of them were photographed by the reporters of Xinhua agency. The photographic exhibition was warmly welcomed by the people from all social sectors.
