Henan Museum gets the title of Top Ten Popular
Science Education Base 

Recently, Henan Museum has been awarded the honorary title one of the Top Ten Popular Science Education Base in Henan Province. 

Since Henan Museum was officially named as the National Popular Science Education Base, it has given full play to the role of popular science base and become an important base and highlight of the popular science work in Henan Province and even the whole country. Previously, Henan Museum has been awarded a number of honorary titles in science education, like the "National Excellent Popular Science Education Base","National Humanities and Social Science Popularization Base" and so on.

This selection was sponsored by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Association and Henan Provincial Civilization Office. Through the procedures of expert evaluation and network publicity, the selection organizers made a comprehensive assessment of a number of indicators of the science education bases, such as the major base of the functions and facilities, development and utilization of resources, characteristic popular science brands and promotion activities, volunteer services, information construction, and social influence.Finally Henan Museum got the experts unanimously approved and won the laurels "Top Ten Base".
