On the morning of march 4, Mr. Fang Kejie, Director of Henan Academy of Art, accepted the invitation of assuming the general supervisor of Huaxia Anciant Music Orchestra. Director of Henan Museum, Mr.Zhang Wenjn, issued the certificate to Mr.Fang.

   Mr. Fang will give a examination to the members of the Orchestra in early April to improve the performance, so as to upgrade the Orchestra to a higher level. The examination will be open to the public, ancient music lovers can come to the concert hall of Henan Museum for watching.

   Mr.Fang encourages the Orchestra members to possess multiple performing ability, not only playing only one musical instrument, but also other performing skills, and with rich cultural background.

   The performance of the Orchestra enjoys much appreciation at home and abroad since it was founded in April 2000, and it has developed into a culture label of Henan Province after years of development.

   On the meeting of Henan Cultural Work held on Feb.27, the Orchestra was officially recognized as one of quality culture program in Henan province.
