Henan Museum holds a conference in celebrating the centenary of the CPC. 

On the morning of June 25, Henan Museum held a conference in celebrating the centenary of the CPC. Wan Jie, the Party secretary of Henan Museum, Ma Xiaolin, museum director, Hao Yongfei from provincial Party committee and all museum staff, Party members and representatives of retired Party members of the museum took part in the conference.

Both New and old Party members took an oath ceremony in the meeting, in addition, "Decision on honor excellent Party members from 2019-2020" and "Decision on honor young skilled staff from 2019-2020" were announced. Wan Jie presented the "50 Years of Glory in the Party" commemorative medals to 8 senior Party members, and leaders who joined the meeting issued certificates for excellent Party members and young skilled staff.

Wan Jie gave a Party lecture on "Think deeply of original aspiration and mission, and inaugurate new prospects of our work", in which he talked about why CPC can succeed, doing practical things and inaugurating new prospects. Looking back on the glorious journey the Party has traveled over 100 years of CPC leading the Chinese people to carry on the revolution, construction and reformation by abundant historical events, historical phenomena as well detailed historical materials, his lecture specified the main requirements and specific contents on doing practical things and he also put forward the ideas, main tasks and detail measures to inaugurate new prospects. 

Wan Jie said that we would like to make all the Party members feel the concern and warmth from CPC by this meeting, in this way to enhance their senses of honor, mission as well as responsibility, and to stand firm in following the CPC. And he made requirements on all staff to take the opportunity of the centenary of the Party and continue to advance the study of Party history, which specifically includes three aspects: the first is to absorb spirit power from the one-hundred-year-history of CPC; The second is to take great grains to do practical things; And the last is to inaugurate a new prospect of culture and museum undertakings. All staff shall take building a world-class museum with Chinese characteristics as their aims, meanwhile they shall consolidate and improve facilities, collection protection, social education, exhibitions, information construction and scientific research, and perfect governance ability, research ability and the construction of intelligent museum. What's more, they shall focus on high-quality development, which may require them to improve the infrastructure construction and develop the culture and museum undertakings with a high standard. And they also need to develop their service to a high quality to enrich cultural products and share new achievements with the public, and develop the overall quality and governance ability to heighten the new growth drivers of culture and museum undertakings.
