Henan Museum studies the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee

The Party Committee theoretical learning center group of Henan Museum has kept to study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as an important political task, with thoughtful planning, organizing, setting off a study and implementation upsurge for the last few days. 

 
Wan Jie, party secretary of Henan Museum, presided over the meetings. Ma Xiaolin, director of Henan Museum, attended the study with all party members of the theoretical study center group. 

 
When the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was held, the Party Committee of Henan Museum immediately organized the party members to learn the spirit of the plenary session by watching videos online.
On Nov. 16, the party members began to learn Xi Jinping’s speech about the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee in Beijing. 

 
On Nov. 24, they held a special studying seminar, the participants talked about their learning feelings and experiences, and exchanged their insights and harvest.  

 
Wan Jie pointed out that the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was a conference linking between the past and the future, carrying forward the future and condensing the soul. The plenary session comprehensively reviewed the main work of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, systematically summarized the new major achievements and historical experience of the Party and State undertakings, profoundly analyzed the new situation and new tasks currently faced, scientifically answered a series of directional, fundamental and strategic issues, and put forward many new ideas and perspectives. In particular, the plenary session considered and adopted the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the CPC on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century ", revealing the code of success of the century-old party and sounding the clarion call of the times to advance on the new road of catching up.   

 
Wan Jie stressed on four points. 

First, we need to enhance our awareness, unify our thinking and build the consensus. We need to make the study as a political task, publicize and implement the guiding principles. We need to combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the plenary session with the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Henan. We need to combine the implementation of the plans of the 11th Provincial Party Congress. We need to link the realization of the targets and tasks for this year with the planning for next year's work. We need to strengthen confidence and enhance our morale with the spirit of the plenary session. 

 
Second, we need to deeply grasp and study the spiritual essence accurately. We need to read through the original text of the Sixth Plenary of the 19th CPC Central Committee exactly and Xi Jinping's important speech “the Resolution”. We need to deeply comprehend with the "four great achievements", " five historical significances ", " ten pieces of experience " and the key content of historic achievement of "the 13th National Congress ". Such as: we should deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", accurately grasp the core of the Plenary Session, have a thorough understanding of its spiritual essence, and constantly enhance our political, ideological, and action consciousness on implementing the guiding principles of the plenary session.  

 
Third, we need to plan as a whole and exploit up a new situation. We need to fall together closely with the study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee and doing a good job at present. We need to reflect the results of learning to various of our jobs. We need to actively seize the current strategic, policy and historical opportunities, focus on a high quality, innovation and digital development, mix the development and high standard service, efficient management, key work, etc.We need to plan a consociation strategy between the cultural creative industries and the cultural tourism.

 We will try to make a great project about a new museum and a discovery center fusing the cultural creative industries and the cultural tourism too. We should strive to open a new journey of cultural and museum development in the new era with higher morale, more excellent style and more solid measures, and strive to write a new chapter of high-quality development of cultural and museum undertakings in the new era.
